It's a perfect drop - in replacement for your 7.3L Powerstroke engine. This turbo runs incredibly well! KC Turbos has rigorously tested it for long - term use and proven its great performance on the dyno and at the race track. The 1.0 A/R Housing is great for racing as it lowers EGTs above 3000 RPMS. For daily drivers and tow rigs, the .84 A/R housing offers quicker spooling and cooler EGTs below 3000 RPMs.

- These turbos are sand - cast by default. You can get a polished cover for an extra cost.
- All KC Turbos are assembled in the US. They are special orders until we have enough stock and may take up to two weeks to deliver. Let us know if you're in a hurry.
- KC turbos fit directly in 7.3 - equipped pick - up trucks. For 7.3 - equipped vans, you'll need to modify the turbo intake boot and down - pipe for a proper fit.
- EXHAUST BRAKES: Some exhaust brakes may have clearance issues with KC turbos, which can affect performance or cause other problems. It's up to you to check fitment and functionality.
