Power: Up to 690HP
The Sinister SD - PB - 6.7C - TURBO - 13 Pitbull Series Turbocharger may look like a stock one, but it's way more efficient than the factory OEM unit. Its larger billet compressor wheel and upgraded turbine profile cut back pressure and boost turbine flow, lowering exhaust gas temperatures and upping power on the same tune!
For stock setups, it's a drop - in design with no modifications needed. Tuners can get up to 690 horsepower with added changes. It works great on a stock truck but benefits more from a tune than an OEM turbo.
This turbo uses a new Holset VGT actuator, a Ballistic Billet 64.5mm 7 + 7 blade compressor wheel, and a 70mm 12 blade turbine. Each turbo actuator stroke is tested before shipping, and all turbos are VSR high - speed balanced for proper operation. It's finished in Sinister Blue powder coat for protection, durability, and style, and comes with a one - year parts warranty.

Using this turbocharger is easy. If you have a stock setup, it's a drop - in design, so just install it in the stock location without any modifications. For those looking for more power, you can make some additional performance mods to reach up to 690 horsepower. Remember, it works well on a stock truck, but it will perform even better with a tune. Before installing, make sure the turbo actuator stroke has been tested, as each unit is tested before shipping. And since it's VSR high - speed balanced, it should operate smoothly. As for maintenance, keep an eye on the turbo's performance and the exhaust gas temperatures. If you notice any unusual noises or a drop in power, it might be time for a check - up. Also, avoid using tunes that restrict the vane position, as this can void the warranty and lead to over - speed failure. And don't forget, this turbocharger won't fit on Cab & Chassis trucks. The Sinister Blue powder coat provides extra protection and durability, but if you notice any chips or damage to the coating, you may want to have it addressed to prevent rust or other issues. The turbo comes with a one - year parts warranty, so if you run into any problems within that time, reach out to the manufacturer.
