The KC Turbos 300222 KC300x Stage 2 63mm/73mm Turbo is an amazing journal-bearing turbo. It has a Borg Warner 300sxe style turbine wheel, modified to be a perfect drop-in replacement for your 7.3L Powerstroke. This turbo runs incredibly well! KC Turbos has tested it thoroughly for long - lasting performance, and it has proven itself on the dyno and the race track. The.84 A/R housing offers a quicker spool and keeps EGTs below 3000 RPMs, which is great for tow rigs and daily drivers.

Notes
- KC Turbos recommends upgrading up - pipes, EBPV Pedestal, and running custom tuning for the best results.
- This turbo needs a CCV mod on the truck as the boot is too short for the stock plastic CCV tube. Search '7.3 CCV mod' on Google if you're unsure.
- The turbocharger in the picture is polished. Most come sand - cast, but you can add a polished cover for an extra fee.
- All KC Turbos are made in the US. They're special order until we have good stock and may take up to two weeks. Let us know if you're in a hurry.
- Some exhaust brakes may have clearance issues. It's up to you to check fitment and functionality.

When installing, use the gaskets and o - rings that come with the turbo, along with the new 4' intake boot. For maintenance, since it has a reliable journal bearing design, it's rebuildable. Keep an eye on the boost control with the Big Head Waste - gate Actuator. Regarding the exhaust brakes, be aware that some brands may have clearance issues. Check the fitment and functionality yourself. The turbo comes with a 1 - year unlimited miles limited warranty, so if you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact us.
