Using this leveling kit is a great way to level your 1999 - 2007 GMC 1500 truck. First, make sure your truck is a 2WD with a coil spring suspension and 6 - lug design. When installing, click on the provided link to view the detailed installation instructions. For tire fitment, keep in mind the maximum tire diameter is 32 inches. You can use 32x10.50 tires on an 8 - inch wide wheel with +12 offset without any rubbing. As for specific tire sizes, 18 - inch wheels can use 255/70R18 tires and 20 - inch wheels can use 265/60R20 tires. Since this kit won't affect the OEM ride quality or increase pressure on stock suspension components, you don't have to worry about damaging your truck's original setup. In terms of maintenance, because of the polyurethane Fused Steel Process, the spacers are durable and won't deteriorate easily.
