• To flash CCS tuning on a 2022 - 2024 Cummins, get your ECM Swap Procedure done through DDC or CCS. If done by another shop, send us your ECM before flashing.

What is Tuning

Custom tuning your Cummins lets you change many engine and transmission parameters. The main reason for tuning is better fuel economy. By adjusting the burn rate and removing EGR gases (if possible), you get more energy from fuel, more mileage, and more power.

Power Level

2022 - 2024 Coopers Custom Solutions Standard Tune Options:

• 45hp Tow
• 70hp Economy
• 90hp Street
• 120hp Race
• 150hp Race+

Higher power levels are possible with proper modifications. Specify the HP level and modifications.

Remote custom tuning is a breeze! The EFI Live AC3 lets you get custom tune files by email, download to your AC3, and flash them on your vehicle anywhere with an internet connection and a computer.

The AC3 isn't just a regular handheld. The AutoCal has EFILive's scan tool to collect and send data to the tuner. You can also diagnose and clear DTC codes!

E/C & S/N Number

For tunes, we need the E/C and S/N numbers from your ECM data plate. Check the video for the location.

Using this product is quite straightforward. First, make sure your 2022 - 2024 Dodge Ram with a 6.7L Cummins engine has the ECM swapped or unlocked as required. If you already have the tuner, you can directly get the tune files. To flash the CCS tuning, ensure the ECM Swap Procedure is done through DDC or CCS. If it was done elsewhere, send us the ECM before flashing. With the EFI Live AC3, you can receive custom tune files via email, download them to the device, and then flash them onto your vehicle as long as you have an internet connection and a computer. When it comes to power levels, you can choose from the standard options like 45hp Tow, 70hp Economy, etc. For higher power levels, you need to have the proper supporting modifications. Remember to note down the E/C and S/N numbers from your ECM data plate for the tunes. As for maintenance, keep the device clean and protected from physical damage. Also, make sure to keep the firmware updated to enjoy the best performance. If you face any DTC codes, you can use the AutoCal to diagnose and clear them.
