Using this EBC S2 brake kit is straightforward. First, make sure to follow the rule - only install upgrade pads on the rear if the front has the same upgrade. When you get the rotors, don't worry about removing the Thermic Black coating before putting them in the vehicle. It's there to protect the rotors from rust. During installation, never use brake cleaner or other methods to remove the coating, or you'll void the EBC warranty. After installation, when you start driving and make the first 10 to 20 stops, the brake pads will naturally remove the coating in the areas they sweep. For maintenance, regularly check the brake pads for wear. If you notice any strange noises or reduced braking performance, it might be time to inspect or replace the pads and rotors. Also, keep the brake system clean to ensure optimal performance.
